Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/wk)

Overview: Peggy’s Place, LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization. The CEO will be responsible for the strategic direction, operational oversight, financial management, staff leadership, program development, stakeholder engagement, and risk management of the organization. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive the organization’s mission and ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership
– Develop and communicate a clear vision and mission for the organization.
– Create and implement strategic plans, objectives, and initiatives that align with the organization’s goals.
– Monitor industry trends, research, and best practices to adapt and evolve the center’s programs and services.

2. Operational Oversight
– Manage day-to-day operations, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation.
– Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including state and federal healthcare laws.
– Establish and maintain effective internal controls, policies, and procedures.

3. Financial Management
– Develop and manage the annual budget, monitor financial performance, and make adjustments as necessary.
– Seek funding opportunities, grants, and partnerships to support the center’s growth and sustainability.
– Implement cost-effective strategies while maintaining the highest quality of care.

4. Staff Management
– Recruit, train, and retain qualified and compassionate staff.
– Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professionalism, and personal growth.
– Oversee performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address any HR-related issues.

5. Program Development and Quality Assurance
– Collaborate with the leadership team to design and implement innovative programs and services that meet the needs of clients.
– Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and participant satisfaction.
– Continuously strive to enhance the quality of care and services provided.

6. Stakeholder Engagement
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, caregivers, community organizations, and government agencies.
– Serve as the primary spokesperson and advocate for the center within the community.
– Seek opportunities for collaboration and partnerships to expand the center’s reach and impact.

7. Risk Management and Compliance
– Identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization.
– Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards.
– Address legal and ethical issues promptly and transparently.

8. Reporting and Communication
– Provide regular updates and reports to the Board of Directors on the center’s performance, financial status, and strategic initiatives.
– Maintain open and effective communication channels with all stakeholders.
– Other duties as assigned.
