Peggy’s Place, LLC seeks a Chief Executive Officer for: Strategic Leadership: Develop and communicate a clear vision and mission for the organization; Create and implement strategic plans, objectives, and initiatives that align with the organization’s goals; Monitor industry trends, research, and best practices to adapt and evolve the center’s programs and services. Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation; Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including state and federal healthcare laws; Establish and maintain effective internal controls, policies, and procedures. Financial Management: Develop and manage the annual budget, monitor financial performance, and make adjustments as necessary; Seek funding opportunities, grants, and partnerships to support the center’s growth and sustainability; Implement cost-effective strategies while maintaining the highest quality of care. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and retain qualified and compassionate staff; Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professionalism, and personal growth; Oversee performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address any HR-related issues. Program Development and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the leadership team to design and implement innovative programs and services that meet the needs of clients; Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and participant satisfaction; Continuously strive to enhance the quality of care and services provided. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, caregivers, community organizations, and government agencies; Serve as the primary spokesperson and advocate for the center within the community; Seek opportunities for collaboration and partnerships to expand the center’s reach and impact. Risk Management and Compliance: Identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization; Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards; Address legal and ethical issues promptly and transparently. Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates and reports to the Board of Directors on the center’s performance, financial status, and strategic initiatives; Maintain open and effective communication channels with all stakeholders.; other duties as assigned. 40 hrs/wk.
